  • What size should I get?
    All t-shirts are unisex and generally true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, I recommend sizing up. Check the size guide on the product page for more details.
  • How can I track my order?
    You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships (within 2 days max). I ship with USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, or Asendia. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with me on the website!
  • When will my order ship?
    Allow me some time to print and dispatch your order which usually takes 1-3 Business Days. During high-demand periods, such as product launches or restocks, shipping may take up to 5 business days.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, I offer worldwide shipping! Estimated delivery in 2-3 weeks after processing, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
  • Shipping time for USA & Canda?
    United States: Domestic shipments are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, in addition to processing time. Canada: Orders typically take 8 to 21 business days to reach their destination.
  • What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
    If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, I can assist with reshipment please contact me to start the process.
  • How do I update my shipping address?
    If you need to update your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and the shipping label is created, I may not be able to change the address.
  • What carriers do you use for shipping?
    I use USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, and Asendia for shipping, depending on the destination and the most efficient delivery option.
  • Where are your products shipped from?
    All products are shipped from Wilmington, North Carolina. I strive to ensure quick and reliable shipping to both domestic and international customers.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Currently, free shipping is not available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
  • Will the colors of the t-shirts match what I see on the website?
    I strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.
  • Can I customize an existing design from your store?

  • How do I request a custom t-shirt design?
    To request a custom t-shirt, simply contact me via contact page or use the website chat feature. Let me know your ideas, and we can discuss design details, pricing, and production timelines.
  • How do I care for my t-shirts?
    To keep your t-shirts in the best condition: - Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. - Do not bleach. - Tumble dry on low or air dry. - Avoid ironing directly on the print. Don't stress it out, your tee is going to be just fine :)
  • Are your t-shirts true to size?

    Yes, I can accommodate bulk orders. For inquiries regarding bulk pricing and details, please contact me.
  • Do you offer custom order?
    Yes! I offer fully custom t-shirt designs. Whether you want to customize an existing design or create something entirely unique, I can work with you to bring your vision to life.
  • How long does it take to produce a custom order?
    Custom orders generally take 7-14 business days to produce, depending on the complexity of the design and my current workload. You will receive an estimated timeline once we finalize the design details.
  • Will I receive a mockup before production starts?
    Yes! I will provide you with a digital mockup of your custom design for approval before starting production. This ensures that the final product matches your vision.
  • Can you create custom designs for future releases?
    Yes! I love collaborating with customers for new design ideas. If you have a unique concept, feel free to reach out, and we can work on creating something special for future releases.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept PayPal for secure online payments. All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    Currently, I do not offer installment payment options. Full payment is required at the time of checkout.
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Yes, I take your security very seriously. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and your payment information is encrypted.
  • Will I be charged sales tax?
